My Remedy so far was to observe this procedure beginning at "sear spring prep":  For my current 2lb 2oz set off pull, i had close to 1lb 4 oz on the set off return/disco by yourself. That leaves 14oz on the sear. I reduced my set off return/disco to ~12 oz
